Users must handle all equipment with reasonable care and return items in the same condition as received, normal wear excepted.
Our services are subject to equipment availability and weather conditions. We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, equipment failure, or safety concerns. Rental periods are strictly enforced, and late returns may incur additional charges.
We do not guarantee specific equipment models or brands, though we ensure all equipment meets safety and quality standards. Services are available only within designated geographic areas and may be restricted during certain seasons or conditions.
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, designs, and software, is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission. Our brand name, logos, and proprietary designs remain our exclusive intellectual property.

Payment is required at time of reservation confirmation. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before rental start date receive full refunds. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows or same-day cancellations forfeit entire payment unless due to documented emergencies.
Users are financially responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen equipment. Damage assessments are based on repair costs or replacement value. Security deposits may be required for high-value items and will be returned upon satisfactory equipment return.
Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court proceedings. The arbitration will be conducted according to established arbitration rules, and the decision will be final and binding on all parties. Users waive rights to participate in class action lawsuits against our company.
Before initiating formal dispute resolution, parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation to resolve conflicts amicably.
